Order Processing
- Orders are processed on business days (Monday through Friday, excluding Hong Kong public holidays)
- Orders placed on non-business days will be processed the following business day
Delivery Timeframes
- Standard Delivery: Orders are typically delivered within 2-3 business days after processing. Deliveries to remote areas may require an additional 3-4 business days

- Free shipping is available for orders

- We deliver to all over the world.
- P.O. Box addresses are not accepted.
- An order can only be delivered to one address. For multiple delivery addresses, please place separate orders.
Order Tracking
- Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be provided via email, allowing you to monitor your shipment’s status.
Order Cancellations

- Orders that have been dispatched cannot be changed or canceled.

- If you cannot locate a delivered package,

- Consult with your building’s security or management.
